These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Space Startup Hub Agreement and Founder Circle NDA — together they form the complete legal framework for Cosmic Kiss.
1. About Cosmic Kiss
Cosmic Kiss, Inc. is a curated membership platform and social club for founders, entrepreneurs and makers with an interest in the Space Economy. The platform is a US-incorporated C-Corporation registered in Delaware.
Cosmic Kiss is an information directory and networking infrastructure platform. It does not provide financial advice or facilitate securities transactions of any kind.
2. Membership & Access
Cosmic Kiss offers six membership levels: Observer (free), Genesis Member (free), Believer, Explorer, Builder, and Founder Circle. Free membership is open to all eligible users. Paid tiers require the applicable membership fee. Founder Circle is strictly by personal invitation.
The term "verified members" means that professional identity and alignment with the Space Economy have been reviewed during onboarding. This does not constitute financial due diligence of any kind.
3. The Membership Key
The Cosmic Kiss Membership Key is a digital access credential issued on the Solana blockchain solely as a technical mechanism for access control — not for speculative or financial purposes. It is not a security, investment product, or store of value. No financial return is promised or implied.
Member polls and directional input are advisory only and non-binding. They do not constitute voting rights, governance rights, or any legally binding decision-making power.
4. Platform — Information Directory
Cosmic Kiss provides a digital venue and networking infrastructure for members to discover and interact with one another. The platform acts strictly as a passive directory. It does not actively match, arrange, or facilitate introductions for the purpose of initiating financial transactions. All interactions arise independently and entirely outside the Cosmic Kiss platform.
5. Space Startup Hub
The Space Startup Hub acts purely as an informational directory, providing startups with visibility among a curated community of verified members. The platform supplies technical means for members to independently discover and contact startups. Cosmic Kiss does not broker transactions or take any economic interest in member interactions.
6. User Conduct
Members agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misrepresent their identity or credentials. Members may not use the platform to offer or solicit securities in any jurisdiction without required regulatory approval.
7. Privacy
The Cosmic Kiss Privacy Policy sets out all data processing activities, retention periods, and member rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cosmic Kiss makes no guarantee regarding any member, startup, or opportunity. Total liability shall not exceed membership fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. EU/EEA members retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law and may bring claims before courts in their country of habitual residence.

Observer and Genesis Members: name, role, country. Believer and Explorer: additionally LinkedIn and background. Builder and Founder Circle: additionally contact information where provided. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Transfers
Cosmic Kiss is US-based. Data transferred from the EEA is protected via Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with GDPR.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. EU/EEA members may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority at edpb.europa.eu. Contact: legal@cosmickiss.space — we respond within 30 days.
